Construction Photos from November 5 Now Online
Throughout the past weeks, construction crews have completed interior sheet rock on almost half of The Legacy at Willow Bend buildings. The Skilled Nursing Center and Villas are nearing completion, with texturing and roofing on all buildings set to be completed this month.
Within the next few months, construction milestones at The Legacy at Willow Bend will include interior windows and doors, painting, baseboards, molding and flooring. This will be an exciting time as we watch The Legacy finish out into the luxurious and grand retirement community that is so eagerly awaited! For further details, please call 972-387-3779.

"Decorating and Downsizing" Seminar
Mark your calendars for Monday, November 19th! The Legacy is hosting a "Decorating and Downsizing" event for our future resident members and their families to prepare them for their move to The Legacy at Willow Bend.
The panel of expert speakers will include Marilyn Rolnick Tonkon, ASID, of Marilyn Rolnick Design Associates; Adrianne White, Vice President of Sales for Closet Factory; and Tach Branch-Dogans, Owner of Senior Living Resource.
Topics for the seminar include:
- Space planning and design elements for your new home
- Downsizing your current home
- Organizing for your move
