Construction Update
As summer approaches, construction on The Legacy at Willow Bend is heating up! Crews are now working on the fourth floor of the main Independent Living building, with commons areas such as the swimming and lap pool completely excavated. Our Skilled Nursing building has exterior work begun, and the Memory Support building will have roofing and exterior work by summer's end. Two villas are completed, and another villa already has foundation work and walls.
Our early spring 2008 opening is approaching fast, and we are visibly on track with our completion date.
There is a limited availability of independent apartment homes and villas, and we invite you to visit our Information and Design Center in Village on the Parkway at Belt Line and the Tollway or our Satellite Sales Office at the site on Spring Creek Parkway. Call for details today at (972) 387-3779.

Our Stimulating Book Club
