Construction Update
More than excitement is building for The Legacy at Willow Bend! Construction continues at a brisk pace at the site on Spring Creek Parkway between Preston Road and Ohio Drive in Plano, Texas. Foundation work and structural steel is now completed on all buildings. The main Independent Living building is almost three floors completed, and the excavation for the Commons Area swimming pool has been done. As you drive by the site, you will notice that two structures, our Skilled Nursing and Resident Alzheimer's buildings, are completely standing including walls, windows and roofing. One Villa is completed as well, with another currently under construction.
Progress is visible daily, and we are on-track for an early spring 2008 opening. Take a drive and see the construction for yourself. . . you won't believe your eyes!
