An Update from The Legacy at Willow Bend
2007 is off to a big start for The Legacy at Willow Bend - soon to be the first and only true life care retirement community in Collin County - and we hope you will appreciate this update on our latest developments.
Construction continues at a brisk pace at the site on Spring Creek Parkway between Preston Road and Ohio Drive in Piano. Progress is visible daily, and we are on-track for an early spring 2008 opening. Just weeks ago, we opened an onsite Satellite Sales Office, and we invite you to stop by any weekday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. No appointment is necessary; we would be happy to visit with you and tell you more about our exciting project!
Response to the community has been extremely positive, resulting in our 75% pre-sold status! Only 25 residences remain; so I encourage you to reserve your future home at The Legacy today, as we expect to be in a wait-list situation before long.
