Dining at The Legacy at Willow Bend is a true luxury that residents enjoy daily. Our primary dining room features an open-air design and furnishings that express understated elegance. Private dining room offers more intimate dining and are frequently used when friends and family join residents for meals.
Chef Ralph Edmonds confidently overseas all areas of dining at The Legacy at Willow Bend. He was trained at the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan and previously serving as executive chef at the Columbian Country Club in Dallas.
Chef Edmonds is a true master who consistently innovates, but never forgets the classics. For example, along with more exotic fare – black truffle and asparagus omelets, Australian rack of lamb and smoked teriyaki salmon – Edmonds’ menus feature comfort foods such as chicken parmesan, Angus beef hamburgers and ice cream sundaes.
Special care is also placed on dietary restrictions and Jewish style dining. The Legacy at Willow Bend offers low-sodium, lactose-intolerant, sugar-free and gluten-free dining, and does not serve shellfish or pork.
