Fitness Center

Part of our 7,000 square foot Aaron Family Spa is the well-appointed fitness center. State-of-the-art Life Fitness exercise equipment is the core of the light and airy fitness center. We've invested in equipment designed for smaller statures, with easy-to-use cable band systems to reduce muscle strain and joint pressure.

All treadmills, elliptical course trainers and incumbent bicycles feature built in flat-panel TVs and iPod docks. Best of all, each user receives a comprehensive program tailored to their needs, physical condition and goals. Our full-time trainer has won numerous awards and has a true passion for helping mature adults stay fit.
