Tribute: 

By acknowledging a special person, a memorial occasion, an outstanding achievement, or honoring the memory of a loved one, you are supporting meaningful programs and services that enhance the quality of life of literally hundreds of residents and their families. In addition, an acknowledgement will be sent in your name.

In addition to unassigned or community-specific giving, we present the following tribute funds to meet specific needs of our communities:

BUILDING FUND: Provides funds for essential repairs, renovation, expansion, and enhancement of existing facilities.

RESIDENTS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FUND: Provides funds for residents who are in financial need due to illness or injury or who simply have no one else to turn to for help.

RESIDENT ACTIVITY FUND: Provides funds to support the social, educational, and recreational activities for the resident’s physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

JUDAIC FUND: Provides funds to support Jewish programming, books and art.

UNRESTRICTED: Allows us to direct funds to the areas of greatest need and to continue to develop innovative programs to meet current challenges.

WISH LIST: The wish list is a frequently changing list that includes furniture, fixtures, and equipment that enhance the quality of like for our residents.

ENDOWMENT: It is the challenge of this generation to preserve and to strengthen what past generations have built. Our obligation is to leave tomorrow’s Legacy strong.

Please consult your legal and/ or financial advisor about including Legacy Senior Communities in your estate plans by bequests in your will or trust; beneficiary designation of your retirement plan or life insurance; or life income gift.

A planned gift in not only beneficial to our Endowment Foundation, but it can also be financially rewarding for you as the donor.
